Building Pads Cut to Grade and Compacted Right

A pad that settles cracks foundations. We strip organics, cut to the elevations on your plan, build up in compacted lifts where fill is needed, and proof the pad before we call it done. If your builder or engineer has pad specs, we work to them; if you are earlier in the process than that, we will help you place the pad where the dirt and the drainage want it to go.

Long gravel drives are a way of life out here, and bad ones punish you every winter. We cut new driveways with the crown, base, and ditching they need to survive East Tennessee rain, set culverts sized for the water that actually comes through, and repair drives that washboard or wash out every year. If the county requires a permitted culvert at the road, we handle that work as part of the job.
