About Full Service Property

What services does Full Service Property offer?

Full Service Property focuses on tree services (removal, emergency storm work, trimming, and stump grinding), excavation and grading, land clearing and forestry mulching, and landscape design and build. The company also provides seasonal property cleanups and snow removal.

How long has Full Service Property served East Tennessee?

Full Service Property was established in 2002 and is locally owned and operated out of New Market in Jefferson County, TN. The crews have worked East Tennessee terrain, soil, and weather for more than two decades.

Is Full Service Property insured?

Yes. Full Service Property is insured, and a certificate of insurance is available on request. For tree removal and excavation work, hiring an insured contractor is not optional; this is heavy, high-consequence work.

Do you still handle lawn mowing or fertilization programs?

The company’s focus is tree services, excavation, land clearing, forestry mulching, and landscape construction. If your property has a need outside those areas, call the office at (865) 935-9800 and ask; the team will give you a straight answer and point you in the right direction either way.

Tree Services

Do you handle emergency and storm tree removal?

Yes. Storm-damaged, fallen, and hazardous trees go to the front of the schedule. If a tree is on a structure or tangled in utility lines, keep everyone away, call the utility first if lines are involved, and then call (865) 935-9800. See the emergency tree service page for what to do while you wait.

Can you remove large trees close to houses and other structures?

Yes. Large removals near structures are rigged and taken down in controlled sections rather than felled whole. The crew protects the roof, fences, and landscaping below, and the site is cleaned up before the job is called done.

Do you grind stumps?

Yes. Stump grinding is available with any removal or as a standalone job, including old stumps from previous work and freshly cleared lots. Stumps are ground below grade so the spot can be seeded, sodded, or built over.

Do you offer tree fertilization or plant health care programs?

No. Full Service Property concentrates on the structural side of tree work: removal, storm response, trimming and pruning, and stump grinding.

Excavation, Land Clearing & Forestry Mulching

How is land clearing priced?

By the job, after a walk-through. Price depends on acreage, how dense the growth is, terrain, and what the finished ground needs to be ready for. After the site visit you get a firm quote, not an estimate that grows once the equipment shows up.

What is forestry mulching, and when is it the right choice?

Forestry mulching grinds brush, briars, and small trees in place with a drum mulcher, leaving a mulched ground layer instead of burn piles or haul-off loads. It is usually the fastest and most soil-friendly way to reclaim overgrown acreage, maintain fence lines, and open up wooded ground. Larger timber and full site clearing are handled by the lot clearing crew.

Can you prepare a building site or house pad?

Yes. Site preparation covers clearing, pad cuts, compacted fill, driveways and culverts, and utility trenching. Because clearing, dirt work, and drainage come from one company, the site moves from wooded lot to build-ready ground on one schedule and one quote.

Do you fix drainage problems and standing water?

Yes. The crew diagnoses how water actually moves across the property, then builds the fix: regrading, swales, culverts, or French drains, sized for East Tennessee storms.

Service Areas, Timing & Estimates

What areas does Full Service Property serve?

The core service area covers Jefferson City, New Market, Dandridge, Morristown, Sevierville, Knoxville, and Tellico Village, TN, along with Jefferson County, Hamblen County, Sevier County, Knox County, Grainger County, and Loudon County. See the service areas page for details.

When is the best time of year for tree work and land clearing?

Fall and winter are ideal: trees are dormant, ground visibility is better, and cleared land is ready for spring projects. It is also when the schedule fills fastest with storm work and pre-spring prep, so booking ahead matters. That said, hazardous trees and active drainage problems should not wait for a season.

Do you charge for estimates?

Quotes start with a conversation and, for most projects, a site visit so the number is real. Call or text (865) 935-9800, or send the contact form, and the team will get you scheduled.

What is the fastest way to reach the team?

Call or text (865) 935-9800 during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. You can also use the contact form and the office will follow up.
